Achieving motherhood aspirations
Whilst it is known that the majority of young Australian women aspire to some combination of paid work and family for when they are aged 35 years, questions remain around the extent to which women achieve their work and family goals. This project investigates the extent to which women achieve their aspirations for work, children and relationship aspirations. In addition, it investigates the psychosocial factors predicting the achievement of aspirations, in comparison to women who don't achieve their aspirations.
