Cumulative physical actity and BMI.
There is a clear inverse relationship between volume of physical activity and body mass index (BMI). However, most of this evidence comes from cross-sectional or repeated measures data. Therefore, accumulated physical activity overtime is often overlooked. The aim of this study is to examine the association between accumulated physical activity over 12 years and subsequent BMI status in young and mid-aged women
