The effect of breakfast cereals consumption on health outcomes.
This study focuses on investigating the effect of consuming or not consuming breakfast cereals on health outcomes in mid aged Australian women. In particular, this project aims to research the effect of consuming or not consuming breakfast cereals on the overall risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and cancer. This study will also evaluate whether the consumption of breakfast cereals may have an influence on self-reported general health and well-being, and on weight status of these women.
