Reliability and Validity of the Abbreviated Community Composite Abuse Scale
Synopsis
The Abbreviated Community Composite Abuse Scale (ACCAS) is used as a measure of domestic violence in the 1989-95 cohort and was developed from the Community Composite Abuse Scale, which has been previously validated in the 1973-78 cohort (Loxton et al., 2013). This project will investigate the validity of the ACCAS in the 1989-95 cohort to ensure it is a reliable and robust measure of domestic violence.
