Synopsis

This project aims to determine how various factors impact on mid-age women’s workforce participation. Results have demonstrated that being employed decreased as physical and mental health deteriorated and with the following self-reported conditions: diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.
