New User Portal Feature – See your linked data approvals

To access linked data, ethics approval needs to be obtained from all relevant ethics committees and data custodians for both nominated linked data users and projects. Linked data users can now monitor their linked data approvals at an individual level using the ALSWH Data Portal. Please note that the equivalent page for projects using linked data is still under development.

To monitor your linked data approvals:

1. Login to the ALSWH Data Portal

2. Click on the Linked Data Access tab on the left-hand menu shown in the picture below.

3. The next page shows the date of ethics submission and approvals as well as when the approval is withdrawn.
