Changes in older women's physical function in Indonesia and Australia
The objectives of this study are: (i) to assess how physical function changed over time among older women in Indonesia and Australia; and (ii) to identify predictors of changes in physical function in each country. Data from two rounds of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) and the Women's Health Australia (WHA) are analyzed and compared. Comparable health and physical function questions were used to examine differences in physical function limitation in mid-age women and factors associated with physical function decline in these populations.
